PART 2 | Gmail System - the apps (Read Later, Calendar, Task Manager)

Use the apps (Read Later, Calendar, Task Manager)
As I said in the Part 1, you check your emails, and you have a choice of actions : “Answer, add to calendar, add to tasks, read later … “
This is the quick guide to use the apps.
A. Transfer to "Read Later" App
1. Let's use InstaPaper: the "Read Later" App
Create an account on InstaPaper in 10 seconds=> https://www.instapaper.com/
Then you will find an Email address on this link below
=> https://www.instapaper.com/save/email
We will transfer our "Read Later" emails to this address
2. Copy this email address
We will now add this email as a new contact in your GOOGLE CONTACT App
3. Navigate to Gmail Click this icon. And CONTACT
4. Click "Create a contact" and type "Instapaper - Read later"
Paste the InstaPaper Email
5. GO BACK to your Inbox :
Select an email you want to read later
Type "F" to do a Transfer => that's a shortcut
Choose the recipient, type 'Instapaper' and select your Google Contact Instapaper**
6. and that's it, you will find the email in your dashboard on Instapaper.
Add Tasks
7. I am using "Nirvana" for my To-Do List (You can use Notion, or any ToDo app with an email recipient)

8.Click "Settings"
=> Click "My Account..."
9.They will give you an email adress "XXXXXXXX@nirvanahq.in"
=> Add this email to a contact in your Google Contact : “TASK” or something similar.
10. Exemple to add a new task
11. Type "F" on your Keyboard to transfer an email
Click "Send" to the contact "TASK" (the email from Nirvana)
That's it, you can now transfer your emails as task in Nirvana !
